At the start of 2018, if I had been told that this is who I would be in nine months time, I wouldn't have believed you in a million years. It is amazing how much we grow, develop and transform throughout short spaces of time. Friends, music taste, fashion sense, hobbies and haircuts change and influence who we are and who we will become in the future.
It is okay look into the new year and want change, because after all- change is healthy.
Adapting a healthier lifestyle, widening your circle of friends, getting an extra hour of sleep at night are goals that we always imagine and this article is going to suggest a few ideas and highlight how you can stick to them- even if it is only little daily adaptations.
Pick one of the above and dedicate just moments out of your day to it. The new year doesn't have to be your transformation year, you don't need to feel pressure to become a new you. Just a little improvement, something that you want to see from yourself and make it happen. Adopt a new hobby, or ditch your old habits!!
